Error Warning Messages

Our air conditioners; maintenance and malfunction situations by providing the user with a variety of protection software to prevent the occurrence of major faults. These warning messages, which can be from the digital displays of the air conditioners, can maximize the life span of the product by maintaining the care of your device and the necessary interventions in a healthier way .

The key issue in the design phase of our devices is the care and cleanliness of the air conditioners in the simplest way. For this reason, in many models, all maintenance can be done simply by the user without the need to disassemble the air conditioner .

These error codes, which can be from the digital screens of the air conditioners, and the actions / controls that need to be done are as follows .

CH1 / ER1 : Evaporator Limit Alarm.
The air conditioner constantly blows at the same temperature. There may be a problem with cooling. Perform gas and compressor controls. If there is no gas in the system, give service information.

CH2 / ER2 : Capacitor sensor alarm..
The surface of the condenser is visible when it is too hot. (See Condenser Care)

Causes :

  • A) Condenser fan malfunction (not rotating): Check the condenser fan’s cables.
  • B) Condenser pan is extremely dusty, not enough air can pass. Clean the condenser pan with compressed air .

CH3 / ER3 : Evaporatör sensör alarmı.
Evaporatör yüzeyi olması gerekenden fazla soğuk olduğunda görünür. Sebepleri: A) Evaporatör fanı arızalı (dönmüyor) B) Evaporatör peteği aşırı tozlu, yeterli miktarda hava geçirilemiyor. (Bakınız Evaporatör Bakımı)

Causes :

  • A) Condenser fan malfunction (not rotating): Check the condenser fan’s cables.
  • B) Condenser pan is extremely dusty, not enough air can pass. Clean the condenser pan with compressed air .

AIN: Door Open Alarm

It appears when the door switch is faulty or when the panel door is open. If the door switch is not connected, the “Door Switch” inputs of the terminal on the rear surface of the air conditioner must be bridged. If the door to the air conditioning door is not connected and the AIN message is received on the display, the bridge connection must be checked.

OFF: OFF Mode
If the Reset (R) button is pressed for 3 seconds, the device switches to OFF mode. If you press and hold the Reset (R) button for 3 seconds while the display shows OFF, the device switches to the operation mode again..

SB1 : Cab Sensor Fault Failure
The sensor reading the inside temperature of the panel shows an error. Check the sensor and the cable just below the evaporator fan. Ensure that the sensor cable is not broken or that the sensor is properly connected to the electronic board.

SB2: Capacitor Sensor Faulty Fault
Fault in the sensor on the condenser unit. Check the sensor and the cable. Ensure that the sensor cable is not broken or that the sensor is properly connected to the electronic board.

SB3: Evaporator Sensor Defective Fault

Fault in the sensor on the evaporator unit. Check the sensor and the cable. Ensure that the sensor cable is not broken or that the sensor is properly connected to the electronic board .
